Who offers this and what it covers

These terms apply to the Android game Tactics Arena, to this website and to the game's channels on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. The provider is Sören Dierkes; the address is in the legal notice.

The game

Tactics Arena is free to play. We keep developing it: units, values, modes and rewards can change with every update. There is no claim that a particular feature or mode stays forever. What happens to your save and your data is in the privacy policy.

Purchases, gems and refunds

Purchases in the game run through Google Play, and Google Play's terms apply to payment and refunds. Within 48 hours of a purchase you request a refund from Google Play directly. After that, write to contact@tactics-arena.xyz with the Google Play order number; we look at every request. Gems and other game currency are not money: they cannot be paid out, exchanged back or moved to another account. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Fair play

Not allowed: modified versions of the app, programs that play for you, attacks on our server, and deliberately exploiting bugs to gain advantages or rewards. If you break this, we may take back results and rewards, remove entries from leaderboards and exclude accounts from multiplayer.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only if a material obligation was breached, and only for the damage that is typical and foreseeable in such a case. The German Product Liability Act is not affected.

Changes

We can change these terms, for example when new features arrive. The version that applies is the one shown here with its date.

Law and contact

German law applies. If you live in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply to you. Questions go to contact@tactics-arena.xyz.
