The Founder Pack is the reward for everyone who pre-registers for Tactics Arena on Google Play before the game is released. This page says what is in it, who gets it and how it reaches your game.

What is in it

100 gems, once. Gems are the in-game currency: they buy chests, hero packs, wild cards and experience for your units. On day one the pack covers a chest and a hero pack. It has no cash value, cannot be paid out and cannot be moved to another account.

Who gets it

• You pre-register for Tactics Arena on Google Play while pre-registration is open, which is until the game is released.
• After the release you install the game from Google Play and open it, with the same Google account you pre-registered with.
• Pre-registration is available in the countries where Google Play offers it for Tactics Arena. What counts is the country of your Google Play account.
• One pack per Google account.

If you have the closed-test version installed, Google says you can only pre-register after you uninstall it and leave the test. Your save lives on our server and is not lost by that.

How it reaches your game

Google Play hands the Founder Pack to the app like a free one-time purchase. The first time you open the game after the release, the app credits the 100 gems and tells you so in a message. The device has to be online for that, because our server checks every credit.

If the pack does not show up: close the app, open it again, then check your internet connection. If that does not help, write to contact@tactics-arena.xyz with your Arena name and its number or, from the version with Play Games sign-in, your account id from the settings. We will credit the pack by hand.

What is not possible

• Several packs through several Google accounts of the same person.
• Paying it out, exchanging it for money or moving it to another account.
• Anyone who tampers with the credit loses it, including gems already spent from it.

Duration and changes

Pre-registration ends when Tactics Arena is released on Google Play. The pack is then delivered to everyone who registered before that. Google Play does not allow the reward to change while pre-registration is running, so it stays as written here. If the game is not released, or Google Play ends the pre-registration, the pack lapses. There is no claim to a replacement.

Data and law

We collect no extra data for the Founder Pack. What the app processes anyway is in the privacy policy. German law applies. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
